Techmek is an Italian company that makes an interesting pot dispenser.  This machine pulls the pots from the bottom of the stack using a mechanism similar to the iris on an SLR camera.  This machine can be used with a movable table as show, or multiple heads can be employed to fill multi-row trays.

Traditional de-stacking machines can also be used with certian Fertilpots.  Often a small modification of a small needle on gripping arm makes these machines more precise.  The needle can penetrate the Fertilpot and pull it from the stack above.  This video shows a Demtec machine dispensing Fertilpots for potting on of liner material.
